Policies

Order Placement

• Orders are only made through online order forms to keep things organized.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

• Cake orders need to be placed 2 weeks in advance.

• Rush orders will incur an additional $25 fee.

Deposit & Payments

• A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure your order. (Deposit will go toward your total balance)

• The remaining balance is due 1 week before the scheduled cake pickup date.

• For rush orders, full payment is required upfront.

Design changes

• Design changes can be made up to 1 week before the cake is due.

• Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas of other bakers’ work may not be guaranteed.

Allergies

• While we take great care in preparing your cakes, our kitchen is not allergen - free.

Pick-up & Delivery

• Cakes can be picked up at the location given after booking.

• Please ensure your vehicle has a clear area on the floor for your cake to sit.

• Delivery is available for an additional charge within a reasonable driving range.

Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled due date to receive a partial refund ( not including the deposit)

Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages once the cake is picked up or delivered. Detailed storage instructions will be provided.

Photography & Marketing

• We reserve the right to photograph our creations and use them for marketing purposes.
